Phuoc Tho Training Trading Service Company Limited was implicated in an asset appropriation fraud case. The company's Deputy Director defrauded 11 students of over VND 108 million. The individual promised to process documents for students to enroll in a joint program with Dong Thap University, despite having no involvement in the training coordination. Ba Ria - Vung Tau Provincial Police initiated legal proceedings and temporarily detained the individual.
