Asia-Pacific Securities Joint Stock Company (APS)'s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders was unsuccessful

Asia-Pacific Securities Joint Stock Company (APS), HNX: APS, held its 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, which was unsuccessful due to insufficient shareholder attendance. The meeting saw the participation of only 32 shareholders and authorized representatives, accounting for 28.13% of the total voting shares, which did not meet the quorum required by the company's Charter. APS announced that the second Annual General Meeting of Shareholders would be reconvened on June 3. In the documents sent to shareholders prior to the meeting, APS had proposed a 2025 business plan with total revenue projected at VND 94.8 billion and estimated after-tax profit at VND 35.4 billion.
