SSI Securities Corporation's Chairman of the Board of Directors was impersonated to defraud investors
On August 20, 2024, SSI Securities Corporation issued a warning that many fake Zalo accounts had appeared on social networks, using AI technology to fake images of senior leaders. The scammers also created an account named Nguyen Duy Hung, Chairman of the Board of Directors on the Zalo platform to make comments and advice, then redirected to a closed group on the Telegram platform to continue to advise on stock investment and lure investors into traps.
