Client Advisor|Financial Information - HN|2|11/30/2021

1. Key Areas 

a. Business Development (80%)

• Actively source and approach targeted potential clients; build sustainable and conducive relationships to develop a pipeline of qualified opportunities

• Understand prospective clients’ requirements and explain the key features of FiinTrade’s products and services tailored to their needs

• Persuade and turn prospective clients into paid users and close the deal

• Promote FiinTrade products and services to new and existing clients, cross selling and/or up selling other divisions’ products and services to maximize FiinGroup’s revenue

b. Customer Care (20%)

• Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, payment requests; follow-up service fee collection etc.,

• Responsible for preparation of monthly sale reports

• Create and maintain a database of current and potential clients

 

2. Requirements 

- Education: Bachelor’s degree with major in Economics

- Experience: Min 01-year experiences as Sales & Customer Support or related job 

- Skill:

• Good command of English (TOEIC 700, IELTS 6.0)

• Excellent communication skill, both verbal and written

• Proficiency in MS. Word and MS. Excel 

• Excellent presentation skill

• Good negotiation skill

- Attitude:

• Outgoing & Friendly 

• Target-oriented

• Independent

- Knowledge: General knowledge on Securities / Equity market
