MVN Industrial JSC – Northern Branch fined for environmental violations
MVN Industrial Joint Stock Company – Northern Branch has been fined by the People’s Committee of Bac Ninh Province for violating environmental protection regulations. Specifically, the company was fined VND 320 million for operating without an environmental permit, in violation of Point c, Clause 3, Article 14 of Decree No. 45/2022/ND-CP dated July 7, 2022. In addition to the fine, the company was also subject to a supplementary penalty of a 4.5-month suspension for its waste-generating sources.
