Medisun Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company has iron supplement Femancia revoked over quality violations
Medisun Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company has had its registration certificate for the drug Femancia revoked by the Drug Administration of Vietnam after two batches failed to meet quality standards within a 60-month period. Femancia, an iron supplement capsule, is banned from production and circulation starting July 16, 2025, and the company is required to carry out a nationwide recall. Earlier in March 2025, health authorities had already ordered the recall of two specific batches of Femancia for failing to meet quality requirements.
