Phat Anh Minh Company Limited has products recalled and submissions suspended
Phat Anh Minh Company Limited, based in Hanoi, has been ordered by the Drug Administration of Vietnam (Ministry of Health) to recall two toothpaste products, Aquafresh Soft Mint and Aquafresh Clear Mint, nationwide. The recall was issued because the product labels did not meet regulatory requirements. Additionally, the company's cosmetic product announcement submissions have been temporarily suspended for 6 months, effective July 2, due to dishonest declarations in their product announcement forms.
