Dongnai Paint Corporation and Thanh Thanh Ceramic Tile Joint Stock Company were fined and ordered to relocate

Dongnai Paint Corporation and Thanh Thanh Ceramic Tile Joint Stock Company, two major enterprises in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park, were recently fined and ordered to relocate their factories by the Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee due to serious environmental violations. Dongnai Paint Corporation received a VND 320 million fine and a 4.5-month suspension of its waste-generating operations for not possessing a required environmental license. Similarly, Thanh Thanh Ceramic Tile Joint Stock Company was fined VND 310 million and had its waste-generating operations suspended for 3.75 months for the same violation. Both companies are mandated to move their production facilities before December 1, 2025, as part of the plan to convert Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park into an urban, commercial, and service area.
