Nova Saigon Royal Real Estate Investment Company Limited defaulted on bond payment
Nova Saigon Royal Real Estate Investment Company Limited (NSRC) failed to fully settle its VND 1 trillion NSRCH2223001 bond batch on June 17, 2025. Out of nearly VND 936 billion in principal debt, the company only managed to pay approximately VND 5 billion and could not cover over VND 51 billion in accrued interest. The reason provided was the inability to secure funds, and this bond batch had been overdue since September 2023.
