BNP Global Real Estate Joint Stock Company defaulted on bond payment
BNP Global Real Estate Joint Stock Company (BNPC) failed to settle its BNPCH2123002 bond batch valued at VND 2.1 trillion on June 4, 2025. The company was unable to repay the remaining principal debt of over VND 1.2 trillion because it had not secured the necessary funds. Additionally, BNPC had to pay nearly VND 6.4 billion in bond penalty interest, and this bond batch had been overdue since June 2023 but remains unsettled.
