Viet Shrimp Corporation faced high preliminary anti-dumping duties from the U.S.
Viet Shrimp Corporation and many other Vietnamese shrimp exporters were negatively impacted by the U.S. Department of Commerce's (DOC) preliminary decision to impose anti-dumping duties of up to 35.29% on frozen shrimp imports from Vietnam in the 19th administrative review (POR19). Although this result was not yet final and could be adjusted, it already negatively affected the sentiment of U.S. importers and Vietnamese shrimp processing and exporting companies.
