BT Nga Ba Hue Trung Nam Company Limited faced unpaid project costs

BT Nga Ba Hue Trung Nam Company Limited, the investor of the Nga Ba Hue overpass project in Da Nang, had not received full settlement for the project. Despite the project being completed and handed over years ago, the company still faced outstanding legal costs, including investor profits and interest expenses incurred during the waiting period for payment. Specifically, since December 31, 2021, the company accrued nearly VND 90 billion in additional interest and penalty interest. This financial burden significantly impacted the company's financial stability and its capacity for future investments.
