Nestlé Vietnam Limited had its case transferred to the criminal investigative agency by the Ð?ng Nai Department of Health on May 29. This decision was made after the Department of Health determined that the advertising for the company's Nestlé Milo malted milk product showed signs of consumer deception. The issue initially arose from media reports questioning Milo's advertising content, which referenced clinical trial reports from the National Institute of Nutrition.
