Quang Nam Pha Le Trading Co., Ltd., a sand mining business, is under investigation following the arrest and charging of its owner by Da Nang Police for "Intentionally Causing Injury." This stems from an alleged scheme to violently regain control and exploitation rights of the company's sand mine. The investigation identified the owner as the mastermind behind bringing in individuals with criminal records to intimidate and attack another company member, leading to that individual's resignation. Three accomplices have also been apprehended. The investigation is ongoing.
