Coteccons Construction Joint Stock Company ordered by court to pay nearly VND 170 billion
The long-running legal dispute between Coteccons Construction Joint Stock Company and another company has officially ended with the final judgment from the Ho Chi Minh City People's Court. Accordingly, Coteccons is forced to pay the entire principal and late interest to the other company. The total amount Coteccons must pay is about VND 170 billion, including principal, interest arising from 2021 to the end of 2024, and other expenses. This judgment also rejected Coteccons' request to cancel the previous arbitration award, which takes effect immediately and has no right to appeal.
