Namdo Corporation Limitex’s shampoo was recalled for violating cosmetic regulations

Namdo Corporation Limitex was ordered by the Drug Administration of Vietnam to recall and suspend nationwide circulation of the product Y Lang Shampoo – Box of 1 bottle 100ml for violating cosmetic classification regulations. The sample was found to contain Permethrin, a substance classified as an insecticide, which does not meet the criteria for cosmetics under Circular No. 06/2011/TT-BYT and the ASEAN Cosmetic Directive. The company is required to recall, destroy the non-compliant batch, and will be inspected and penalized according to current laws.
