Cam Pha Cement Joint Stock Company has been using multiple trucks to transport large cement bags to the port area via the coastal road in Quang Hanh Ward (Cam Pha City, Quang Ninh). Notably, many of these trucks have had expired registration since as early as 2018 and 2020, yet they continue to operate without being penalized. These vehicles do not meet technical safety standards and are transporting heavy loads on a narrow, crowded road frequently used by workers and motorcyclists posing a serious risk of traffic accidents.
