Hanwha Life responds to disability claim dispute
Hanhwa Life Insurance Company Limited (Vietnam) has issued a response to the complaint filed by Ms. N.T.H.M regarding her claim for total permanent disability benefits. The company stated that Ms. M. does not currently meet the eligibility criteria for payout under the policy, as she is still capable of working. Hanwha Life affirmed that the case was handled in accordance with legal regulations and confirmed it will make full payment if competent authorities verify her eligibility
