Hano-vid Property Joint Stock Company faced significant bond debt pressure and has been forced to negotiate a maturity extension of 26 bond lots by up to two years amid a challenging financial market. Despite having raised nearly VND 10 trillion through bond issuances, the company’s business performance remains weak, with after-tax profit in the first half of 2024 reaching only VND 7.8 billion — a sharp 80% decline year-on-year — while total liabilities have surged to over VND 35.8 trillion.
