Tang Kieu Duong Import Export Trading Company Limited penalized for business violations
Tang Kieu Duong Import Export Trading Company Limited was fined VND 356 million and had its food production activities suspended for two months by the Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee. The company seriously violated business regulations, including fraudulent labeling of expiry dates on products valued over VND 490 million, trading in smuggled cosmetics and food products of unclear origin, and producing food products without proper self-declaration. All infringing goods were ordered to be recalled and destroyed.
