Maybank Securities Vietnam announced leadership changes
Maybank Securities Vietnam (MSVN) announced changes in its Board of Members, effective June 18, 2025. Ms. Che Zakiah Binti Che Din no longer served as the Chairwoman of the Board. Mr. Foong Seong Yew also ceased to be a Board member. Mr. Philip Tan Puay Koon was appointed as an independent Board member and assumed the role of Chairman. Additionally, Mr. Tengku Ariff Azhar Bin Tengku Mohamed joined the Board as a member. These new appointments are for the remainder of the 2023-2025 term.
