Hoang Long Investment Construction And Manpower Supply Joint Stock Company has been investigated in connection with a case of "Violations of accounting regulations causing serious consequences." Expanding the investigation, the Ministry of Public Security has prosecuted and temporarily detained four individuals, including a Deputy Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, and three leaders from the Department of Overseas Labor Management, for "Receiving bribes." These individuals allegedly mandated "sub-licenses" for businesses, creating barriers and forcing companies to pay "grease money."
