          - Exercise rate: 8.8%//share (shareholders receive VND880 for every share they own)
          - Exercise date: 04/07/2025
          - Place of payment:
               + For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
               + For undeposited shares: Sai gon port stevedoring and service joint stock company (No. 242 Bui Van Ba, Tan Thuan Dong Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City on working days) from 04/07/2025. Securities certificate & Identification Card (original copy) are required or Business Registration Certificate and Power of Attorney are required (for organization shareholder). In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above
