     * Bonus share issue to outstanding shareholders:
          - Exercise rate: 10.000 : 4.333 (Shareholders owning 01 share have 01 right to receive 01 additional share, for every 10,000 rights to receive additional shares, they will receive 4,333 new shares).
          - Rounding method, handling of shares representing less than one unit: The number of additional shares issued to increase share capital from equity capital will be rounded down to the nearest unit according to the rounding down principle. The odd number of shares (decimal parts) (if any) will be canceled.
         For example: On the record date, Shareholder A owns 128 shares. Then, the number of shares that Shareholder A receives is: 128 x 4,333/10,000 = 55.4624 shares. After rounding down to the nearest unit, the number of shares that Shareholder A actually receives is 55 shares. The 0.4624 part will be canceled.
          - Exercise place:
               + For undeposited shares: Bao Minh Securities Company (3rd Floor, Pax Sky Building, No. 34A Pham Ngoc Thach, Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City). Citizen Identification Card or Identification Card (original copy) is required.
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
