Son Lam Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company's former chairman is implicated in a scheme to defraud over VND 18 billion from social insurance by manipulating drug bids with LanQ Pharmaceutical and Medical Joint Stock Company. He is also accused of paying over VND 71 billion in bribes to officials at hospitals and medical centers nationwide to secure drug supply.
