Tien Manh Lai Chau Co., Ltd. was convicted of fraudulently appropriating over VND 338 billion from 277 victims by illegally selling land plots under the Thang Loi road project, despite lacking land allocation and legal approval. The director was sentenced to 18 years in prison, and several accomplices also faced criminal penalties. The court ordered nearly VND 343 billion in compensation for the victims.
