Cat Tiger Khareal Company Limited, the investor of the Napoleon Castle Project at 25-26 Nguyen Dinh Chieu, sued the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province because it believed that the determination of land prices according to Decision No. 2281/QD-UBND dated August 29, 2024 violated the principles of the Land Law. The enterprise was required to pay additional land use fees due to adjustments to the detailed construction planning, creating a large financial burden.
