6. Reason:
     * Dividend payment in cash:
          - Exercise rate: 5%/share (shareholders receive VND500 for every share they own)
          - Place of payment:
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
               + For undeposited shares: Petrovietnam Machinery - Technology Joint Stock Company (No.8 Trang Thi, Hang Trong ward, Hoan Kiem street, Hanoi) on working days from 26/12/2024. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above.
