     * Dividend payment in cash 2024:
          - Exercise rate: 16.239%/share (shareholders receive VND1,623.9 for every share they own). In case the dividend amount is odd, it will be rounded to the nearest dong.
          - Exercise date: 04/07/2025
          - Place of payment:
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
               + For undeposited shares: Head office of Lao Cai Urban Environment Joint Stock Company (No. 099, Nhac Son Street, Group 19, Kim Tan Ward, Lao Cai City, Lao Cai Province) on working days from 04/07/2025. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above.
