FPT Corporation and Sun Life Vietnam have signed a Memorandum of Understanding for strategic cooperation, marking their comprehensive partnership in improving service quality in the fields of information technology and life insurance.

According to the agreement, the collaboration between the two enterprises aims to develop business opportunities for both parties, while providing digital experiences for Sun Life’s clients and prospective.

Specifically, FPT will provide strategic consulting on information technology and digital transformation for Sun Life Vietnam. As a leading technology corporation, FPT will introduce the latest technologies in digital transformation, artificial intelligence, telecommunications infrastructure, and online insurance premium payment solutions to offer better experiences for Sun Life Vietnam's clients.

Sun Life Vietnam will collaborate with FPT to leverage the strengths of both parties to deliver high-quality service experiences and optimal support using leading market technologies for insurance customers. Additionally, Sun Life Vietnam will work with FPT to implement programmes introducing FPT's products and services into Sun Life Vietnam's system.
