The People's Committee of Binh Dinh Province requested a review in preparation for issuing a decision to revoke land from Hong Yeung Viet Nam Limited Company, the investor of the Nhon Hoi Industrial Park - Zone B project, due to violations of land regulations. Specifically, the company owed more than VND 86 billion in taxes related to land use and rental fees and failed to fully fulfill its infrastructure investment obligations.
