HTT: The second annual general meeting of 2019 is unsuccessful
On August 16, 2019, the second 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Ha Tay Trading Joint Stock Company was organized. However, there were 12 shareholders representing 1,286,660 shares, accounting for 6.43% on the total voting shares of the Company. Therefore, the second 2019 Annual General Meeting of Ha Tay Trading Joint Stock Company was not eligible to proceed. The Company will be organized the third annual general meeting within 20 days from August 16, 2019.
