Hanoi, Jun 26 (Prensa Latina) Rising export value this month has helped Viet Nam to gain a trade surplus of 67 million dollars from early 2019 to the first half of June.

Reports from the General Department of Customs showed that during this time, the country's export revenue had reached nearly 10.18 billion dollars, with an annual income of over 111 billion.

Mobile phones and phone components were the largest export earner in the first half of June, with export revenue reaching 1.71 billion dollars. Computers, electronics and parts came second with over 1.4 billion in revenue, followed by apparel with around 1.4 billion.

In fact, the Vietnamese foreign trade was positive until April (surplus of 771 million dollars), but in May imports skyrocketed and exceeded the 1.3 billion exports, as negative figures were higher than 500 million dollars.
