SZL: Resolution on the dividend payment

The Board of Directors approved to pay for the second phase of 2018 dividend in cash:

-          Record date:  July 12, 2019

-          Payment date: July 30, 2019

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 15%/ par value (VND1,500/ share)

-          Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Sonadezi Long Thanh Shareholding Company as from July 30, 2019.

 

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
