3. Par value: VND10,000/share
4. Total issued volume: 132,770,294 shares
5. Outstanding volume: 132,769,862 shares
6. Treasury volume: 432 shares
7. Expected issue volume: 26,553,972 shares
8. Total issue value: VND265,539,720,000.
9. Issue ratio (Expected issue volume/Total volume): 20%
10. Financial resource: Undistributed profit
11. Record date: Q3. 2019
12. Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
