On July 14, 2025, Ben Thanh Water Supply Joint Stock Company (stock code: BTW) received Document No. 3382/UBCK-PTTT dated July 11, 2025 from the State Securities Commission regarding the notification of the maximum foreign ownership ratio of Ben Thanh Water Supply Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, the maximum foreign ownership ratio of the Company is 25% of the charter capital.
