     * Dividend payment by share:
          - Exercise rate: 100:60 (A person who owns 100 shares receives 60 new shares).
          - Rounding method, handling of shares representing less than one unit: The number of additional shares issued to each shareholder will be rounded down to the nearest unit, the decimal part (if any) will be canceled. For example: Shareholder A owns 241 shares on the shareholder record date. With the right exercise ratio of 100:60, shareholder A will receive (241/100)*60=144.6 new shares. According to the above calculation principle, shareholder A will receive 144 new shares. The decimal part of 0.6 shares will be canceled.
          - Exercise place:
               + For undeposited shares: IDICO Long An Investment Construction JSC. Citizen Identification Card or  Identification Card (original copy) is required.
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
