Phuc Kim Thu Co., Ltd. was one of three liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) businesses found by the Binh Thuan Department of Industry and Trade Inspectorate to have committed administrative violations. Specifically, Phuc Kim Thu Co., Ltd. was fined VND 20 million for "failing to establish a safety management program, risk assessment report, and emergency response plan as regulated." In total, 3 out of 8 businesses inspected were administratively sanctioned with combined fines of VND 45 million.
