The company was fined VND 52.9 million for incorrectly declaring tax bases or wrongly determining cases eligible for tax exemption, reduction, or refund, which led to an underpayment of taxes or an increase in the exempted, reduced, or refunded amount. Additionally, TNG was fined VND 36 million for issuing invoices at incorrect times. The company also had VND 264.5 million in previously refunded VAT reclaimed and was required to pay an additional VND 15.98 million in late payment fees. In total, the penalties, reclaimed taxes, and late payment fees amounted to VND 369.4 million.
