6. Reason:
     * Dividend payment in cash:
          - Exercise rate: 2.2%/share (shareholder will receive VND220 for each share they own)
          - Exercise date: 16/06/2025
          - Place of payment:
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
               + For undeposited shares: Hai Duong Pharmaceutical Medical Material Joint Stock Company on working days from 16/06/2025. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required.
     * Bonus share issue to outstanding shareholders:
          - Exercise rate: 100:28.8 (shareholders owning 100 shares will receive 28.8 new shares)
          - Rounding method, handling of shares representing less than one unit:
The number of shares each shareholder receives when issuing shares to increase share capital from equity will be rounded down to the nearest unit according to the rounding down principle. The odd number of shares (decimal parts) (if any) will be canceled and not issued.
- For example: Shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 182 shares, shareholder A will receive additional issued shares calculated as follows: (182:100) x 28.8 = 52.416 shares. Shareholder Nguyen Van A will receive 52 new shares (odd shares of 0.416 will be canceled).
          - Exercise place:
              + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
               + For undeposited shares: Hai Duong Pharmaceutical Medical Material Joint Stock Company. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required.
