+ Exercise rate: 2 : 1 (shareholders receive 01 bonus share for every 02 rights they own. The number of shares shareholder receive is rounded down to unit digit)
+ Plan on handling factional shares: The number of shares distributed to existing shareholders is rounded down to the nearest unit. Fractional shares (if any) will be canceled. For example: On the record date for the list of shareholders for issuance, shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 123 shares. With the share issuance rate of 2:1, the number of additional shares that shareholder Nguyen Van A is entitled to receive is temporarily 123 X 1/2 = 61.5 shares; the actual number of shares that the shareholder is entitled to receive is 61 shares, the remaining 0.5 shares will be canceled
+ Place of exercise:
- For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been depostied.
- For undeposited shares: Macstar Group Corporation (from Monday to Saturday).
Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested.
