- Exercise rate: 100:25 (shareholders receive 25 new shares for every 100 shares they own)

+ For undeposited shares: head office of Son La Water Supply Joint Stock Company, 55 To Hieu Street, To Hieu Ward, Son La City, Son La Province, Vietnam on working days. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above
+ For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
- Rounding method, handling of shares representing less than one unit: For fractional shares (if any) arising when shareholders exercise their rights, in order to ensure that the number of shares issued does not exceed the expected number of shares, the number of shares that existing shareholders will receive will be rounded down to the nearest whole number. The fractional shares (if any) will be canceled.
For instance, on the record date to exercise the right to receive additional shares issued to increase capital from equity, shareholder A holds 123 NSL shares. Shareholder A will receive: (123*25)/100 = 30.75 NSL shares. According to the rounding rule, shareholder A will receive 30 NSL shares, and the fractional part of 0.75 shares will be canceled.
