Dong Do Technical & Commercial Co., Ltd. faced an investigation for irregularities in the planning of Lam Binh Industrial Cluster. Authorities found issues with selecting an unqualified investor and illegal project transfers. Luong Tai District proposed removing 91,827.9 m² of land allocated to the company from the cluster’s plan. The Bac Ninh Provincial People’s Committee ordered relevant departments to review and respond to this proposal.
