Vietnam Southern Food Corporation's former General Director and five others were proposed prosecuting for violating regulations on state asset management
Investigators proposed prosecuting Truong Thanh Phong, former General Director of Vietnam Southern Food Corporation (VINAFOOD II), and five others for violating regulations on state asset management. Phong was identified as the mastermind in illegally transferring land use rights for 132 Ben Van Don, causing a state asset loss of more than VND 113.7 billion.
