Minh Khang Ho Tram Construction Company Limited was fined VND 350 million for operating without a permit to extract marine sand
The People’s Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province issued a decision to fine Minh Khang Ho Tram Construction Company Limited VND 350 million for operating without a permit to extract marine sand. The company was also required to forfeit all extracted sand, valued at over VND 19 million, and pay an additional VND 21 million, equivalent to the value of the confiscated items, which included a Hyundai D15 pump and a Daewoo pump.
