MFS: Notice of record date for Dividend payment in cash

6. Reason:
     * Dividend payment in cash 2023:
          - Exercise rate: 25%/share (shareholders receive VND2,500 for every share they own)
          - Place of payment:
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
               + For undeposited shares: MobiFone Service JSC (at the address of Shareholder Management Department - MobiFone Service JSC, 3rd floor, TTC building, No. 19 Duy Tan, Dich Vong Hau ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi city) on working days from 23/12/2024. When completing the procedures to receive dividends, shareholders must bring their citizen identification card/ID card (original), Introduction letter (for shareholders who are organizations) and citizen identification card/ID card (original) of the person receiving the money.
If the shareholder authorizes another person to receive dividends, the authorized person must present: Authorization letter certified by the People's Committee of the ward/commune where the shareholder resides or notarized and citizen identification card/ID card (original) of the authorized person.
In case the shareholder lives far away, the documents can be sent (according to the Company's instructions) by post to the MobiFone Service JSC's office at the above address. Sample documents related to receiving dividends are posted on the website: www.mobifoneservice.com.vn.
