Tan Trung Nam Co., Ltd was fined VND 350 million for operating the project without an environmental impact assessment
On August 8, 2024, the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province announced that it had decided to administratively sanction Tan Trung Nam Co., Ltd with a fine of VND 350 million. Accordingly, this company was sanctioned for implementing the construction and operation of a stone mining project without a decision approving the results of the environmental impact assessment report appraisal as prescribed. The company was suspended construction activities of the above project items for a period of 9 months.
