On June 18, 2024, the State Securities Commission (SSC) requested Vps Securities Joint Stock Company to stop distributing or subdividing real estate with capital from VND 10,000 to sell to investors, because of the Securities Law. The type of real estate division into a type of securities had not been determined. The Securities Commission had monitored this model and found that this was a quite risky form of investment.
