From the perspective of an independent credit rating agency, Mr. Thuan shared in-depth insights on accelerating the energy transition in Vietnam, ensuring private sector economic growth while aligning with national economic goals. Some keynotes shared by FiinRatings’ representative include: 

• Green Bond Verification and Market Credibility: FiinRatings has pioneered green bond verification in Vietnam, significantly enhancing market credibility and transparency. Our rigorous independent assessments provide investors confidence that certified green bonds genuinely fund environmentally beneficial projects. A key milestone was verifying the issuance of Vietnam's first green bond meeting the global Climate Bonds Standard in 2023. This paves the way for more credible green issuances and unlocks climate finance flows into the country.
