* Dividend payment in cash 2023:
- Exercise rate: 6.5%/share (shareholders receive VND 650 for every share they own).
- Place of payment:
+ For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
+ For undeposited shares: Merufa Joint Stock Company (Factory Office No. C64/II, Street 8, Vinh Loc Industrial Park, Binh Chanh District, City. Ho Chi Minh) on working days (Morning from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., afternoon from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.) from 30/05/2024. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above.
If you are an individual authorized by a shareholder to receive dividends, when coming to the Company, in addition to the above documents, the authorized recipient must bring the original authorization letter to receive dividends along with a copy of the authorizer's ID card. The Company will not handle cases of receiving dividends on behalf of the Company without all the above procedures
